Job Purpose and Impact

The SEA Supply Chain Excellence Lead will supervise a team that focuses on business projects to support long term supply chain strategies and business goals. In this role, you will monitor key integrated business planning performance indicators including cost to serve performance data and coordinate cross functional work teams to increase effectiveness of supply chain initiatives. Key Accountabilities

Supervise the development and implementation of more complex projects and process improvement initiatives to meet continuous improvement excellence standards across the organization.
Lead, execute and implement more complex projects and process improvements to drive continuous improvement across the organization.
Using substantial understanding of supply chain practices and procedures, monitor processes and ensure best practices are shared among locations.
Lead in building models for network design and optimization activities, including defining project scope on complex modeling scenarios.
Lead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of four years of related work experience
Other minimum qualifications may apply Preferred Qualifications
Two years of supervisory experience
Seven years of related experience with atleast three in supply chain planning
